Cultivar
We have cultivated this for a few years. It has smaller top bulbs than ‘Uppsala’, but is otherwise usable in growth.
Species
Allium scorodoprasum L.
Grows wild in the north and has been cultivated since the Viking Age. Divides like many other types of onion, and can easily be divided by root. Good spring onions.
