We are continuing the work of breeding new day-neutral varieties of sunchokes for cultivation closer to the polar regions, and this year we have the pleasure of inviting everyone who wishes to be involved in producing tubers from seeds grown in Malaga, Spain last summer.
There are still crosses between ‘Dagnøytral’ and the two best Canadian plain varieties NC10-196 and NC10-202 that we are betting on. By buying seeds, you are also helping to finance the work.
